Our 'going green' initiative with the conference bags was so popular last year that we are repeating it again this year.  There will be a large box of canvas bags recycled from other conferences and events available at the registration desk for you to select from and that will be yours for the keeping.  However, if you choose to bring your own bag, you will get one free door prize ticket to apply against one of the many gorgeous baskets we will be giving away.  And believe me, these are drool-worthy baskets so you're going to want to up your chances of getting one of them in any way you can!

 

We are excited to announce that attending agent Beth Miller will be presenting a workshop on query letters and submissions.  As part of her workshop she has agreed to read letters submitted from our attendees and provide feedback during the workshop itself.  If you would like to participate, please bring with you 2 printed copies of your one page query letter.  If you wish to remain anonymous it is perfectly ok to leave your name off.  These will be collected at the door at the beginning of the workshop.  THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES that every query letter submitted will receive feedback.  Submissions will be randomly selected and the number addressed will depend on the time available.

 

Those planning to attend Sandy Blair's Mark That Historical SOLD! workshop, should be aware that this will be an interactive session.  To get the most from this workshop, attendees are strongly encouraged to bring the first page of their historical WIP.
